What to expect at your INITIAL appointment:
An initial appointment is required for all new members.
The process begins with a comprehensive health history, which dates back to the day you were born. This information is key to helping me see the full picture of your wellness journey and help guide you from here.
Every thought, feeling, and emotion is tucked away in the body, and sometimes we forget about things that transpire throughout our lives. Thoroughly completing the paperwork helps to bring some of that to the surface so more "dots" can be connected in your appointment.
In addition to your comprehensive health history review, during your initial, two- hour appointment, you will receive a scan on our Spectra Vision bionetic scanner. This technology creates a very unique view of the energetic signature of each individual, and provides insight to all aspects of the body - including, but not limited to muscles, bones, organs, glands, hormones, minerals, and vitamins. While the scan is a mild stress test, it is a noninvasive tool used to promote balance within the body and assesses where the most energy is needed for recovery, support, and repair to work through symptoms.
Since emotions play such a vital role within the healing processes, we will uncover the emotional imbalances and create a personalized wellness plan just for you! You will receive a copy of my favorite resource book and an Ion Cleanse® foot bath at your initial appointment.
Your first unique botanical tincture is included with your appointment. Any additional balancing botanicals and whole food supplements are also available to purchase.

Follow-up appointments:
I recommend a re-visit in four weeks after your initial appointment. This is a one-hour appointment where you will receive another SpectraVision scan to "check in" and see how you are progressing in your wellness journey. Any updates to your wellness plan, supplementation, etc, will be discussed during this visit.
Your appointment includes an Ion Cleanse® footbath. Any additional balancing botanicals and whole food supplements are also available to purchase.
Follow-up appointments are intended for established members.
